Step 1. Identify What Needs To Change In Your Life.

If you are unhappy with your life then you first need to identify the reasons why you feel that way. You may feel that you are not loved, or you don’t have the relationship you believe you deserve or you don’t have the money that you need. Whatever it is then the first thing you need to do is to identify them.  

Step 2. Decide What Needs To Happen To Change These Feelings

Once you have identified the areas in our life that you are unhappy with then you need to decide what needs to happen to change them. For example, i.e. If you felt that you you’re unloved, then go and get a pet. This might seem strange, but believe me it is perhaps one of the easiest and quickest ways to feel loved.    

Step 3. Take Action

Once you have decided what needs to change, then you need to take action. Not tomorrow, not next week, not next year, but right now!    

Step 4. Notice If It’s Working For You

Closely follow the actions that you have taken to change the way you feel about your life. Are you getting closer to what it is that you what. If you are, then keep doing it.   

Step 5. If It’s Not Working - Change It
