What does my dream mean? What do your dreams mean? What is a dream? We still know relatively little about dreams and there meanings. Every body dreams, even dogs.

You are the dreamer. The dream belongs to you. By your self or with the help of professionals you can interpret your dreams but no-one can tell you, what your dream meant. There are lots of different dream interpretation dictionaries on the market. We can now access online dream interpretation.

Everyone dreams but not everyone remembers them. Some remember every dream they have, some do not. This just goes to show we are all different. We can learn to remember, simply by keeping a note-pad by the side of the bed, set your alarm to wake you up at least every 40-45 minutes and write down what-ever is in your mind and most importantly, how you felt on waking. Do not try to make sense of it.

Freud and his colleagues got pretty involved in the meanings behind dreams. As far as I understand it, they listened to a lot of their patients talking about their dreams and built theories about dream interpretation based on those stories.

Dreams can be a wonderful and magical experience but not for everyone. Some can be night time terrors.
